We aim to have the set delivered to you 3-5 days before your event.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The rented jewellery should not be altered or modified in any way and should be handled with care.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as which they were provided. Please follow the care instructions provided in the box.
  • A refundable security deposit of AUD 150 is applicable for all bookings to cover any loss or damage to items (outside of normal wear and tear).
  • All items are to be returned within 3 days of your event date provided to us, failing to which a fee of AUD 50 per day shall be paid – deductible first from your security deposit.
  • Shipping charges for the delivery of jewellery is covered in the base price. It is your responsibility to cover shipping charges for the return of the jewellery. When shipping the set back, we recommend you select an option with tracking for peace of mind.
  • We understand that plans can change. However, when you place a rental booking, that jewellery set is reserved exclusively for you for the requested dates. We decline other rental enquiries for the same item during that period, and often begin preparing the set for your order in advance. For this reason, the following cancellation fees apply –
       o 14 – 21 days prior to your event: 20% of rental fee
       o 10 – 14 days prior to your event: 60% of rental fee
       o 7 – 10 days prior to your event: 100% of rental fee
  • Bookings are not considered confirmed until rental price & security deposit are received.
