How do I track my order?

How long does it take to create a custom bangle set?

Custom bangle sets typically take 1-3 days to be finalised, depending on the number of changes you make. If you would like us to include items that are not currently in stock, the process may take longer while we await new stock arrival.

Can I see a preview of my custom bangle set before it is finalized?

Yes, we provide a digital preview of your custom bangle set for approval before finalizing the order.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return, refund & exchange policy?

Refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days if an item is faulty upon receipt or you receive an incorrect item. We do not take returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please note that nose rings are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange due to hygiene concerns.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us via email or by filling up the form on the Contact page. Include pictures of the faulty/ damaged item. Once it is assessed, you will be provided with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Bridal Trials

How do I book a Bridal Trial?

Currently, we operate online only. However, we are located in Adelaide and do take appointments for bridal trials.Bridal trial appointments are available between 5-7 PM on weekdays and 9 AM-1 PM on Saturdays. To book an appointment, either DM us on Instagram or fill out the contact form on our website with your preferred date and an idea of the sets you are interested in.

Selecting a bridal set is an important decision that deserves time and patience. We understand that you might not make your choice on your first visit. Please know that there is no obligation to make a purchase or rental order on the day of your trial.

Jewellery Rental Service

We offer a jewellery rental service which allows customers to rent certain jewellery sets. Rental is available across Australia & New Zealand. Rental price varies between sets. Below is a list of the Rental Terms & Conditions.

We aim to have the set delivered to you 3-5 days before your event.

  • The rented jewellery should not be altered or modified in any way, should be used only for its intended purpose, and should be handled with care.

  • All items must be returned in the same condition as which they were provided.

  • A refundable security deposit of AUD 150 is applicable for all bookings to cover any loss or damage to items (outside of normal wear and tear).

  • Cancellations within 10 days of the event date will incur a cancellation fee of AUD 70.

  • We do not accept change of mind after items have been posted.

  • All items are to be returned within 3 days of your event date provided to us, failing which a fee of AUD 50 per day shall be paid. Please send us a picture of your postage receipt as proof of return. We recommend you select an option with tracking for peace of mind.

  • Shipping charges for the delivery of jewellery are covered in the base price. It is your responsibility to cover shipping charges for the return of the jewellery.

  • Bookings are not considered confirmed until the rental price & security deposit payment are received. By making payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
