We want you to be happy with your jewellery from The Rani Edit. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund. If approved, we’ll cover the cost of return postage and refund the item price plus your original shipping fee if the full order is returned.

Change of Mind

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If you decide an item isn’t right, we’re happy to provide a store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping) once it’s returned in its original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings
  • Nose rings
  • Bindi packs
  • Hair scrunchies
  • Mystery boxes, clearance items, or customised bridal orders

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Please contact us before sending items back — returns sent without approval cannot be accepted

Exchanges

Where an exchange is approved (e.g. different size or style), we will issue you a store credit once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
